DOST CONSTRUCTION has adopted ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Management System by configuring the systems and processes of the company’s organization by 2004. The company’s quality policy and vision have been specified in our quality management system which has compatibility with UKAS and TURKAK accreditations.

For construction of high quality buildings in a specified time and budget while fulfilling the services of architecture and contracting, adopted the criteria specified below as its main principles and quality policy;

  • Using modern construction methods.
  • Building a specific company culture by the participation, sharing and satisfaction of the company, staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Respecting environment by reducting every kind of pollution.
  • Providing participation of the whole staff for a permanent development and improvement.

Quality Principles As a requirement of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System, quality and organization manual of DOST CONSTRUCTION and PROJECT MANAGEMENT Co. complying with its own facilities were written down and the procedures of the firm system and process were prepared and published by the relat- ed departments at the end of the required education. The company carries on its activities according to this quality management sys- tem.

Beginning from the management process, the main processes of the company are obtained as quality management, source management, client relations and project management while their improvement with a constant overview is provided.

The responsibilities of the main process was distributed to subdepartments and their targets were specified. To determine the realization ratio of these targets, management overview meeting is held in specific terms, whereas for process activity pursuits, improvement by internal auditing and sustainability of the quality system are aimed.
